Our office, originally formed in the name of Komatsu Masajiro Law & Patent Office in 1945, has a long history of about 70 years of business. Our motto is: shishin in Japanese pronounced as "shishin", meaning "total sincerity" and "wholeheartedness."
In the midst of a tidal wave of the judicial system reform, we have exerted our best efforts to improve ourselves to meet legal needs from the society appropriately and promptly and also to be more trustworthy and reliable, always focusing on the importance of true social justice and protection of people's rights. We will center on issues of intellectual property rights and bankruptcy cases as well as general civil cases. We will further continue our best efforts to be evaluated as a modest and dependable office with a distinctive quality. We would be grateful for your continued understanding and support.
